“Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world.”
Darshan Academy, Devlali, organized an English Storytelling Competition for students in Grades I to V on July 31, 2025, aiming to foster creativity, imagination, and confidence in young learners. The competition was conducted in two categories. Grades I and II narrated stories on the theme “Birds and Animals.” The little ones captivated everyone with their delightful tales about animals and birds, using expressive voice, gestures, and props to bring their stories to life. Grades III to V narrated fairy tales, where students brought characters like Cinderella, The Frog Prince, and other magical figures to life with confidence and enthusiasm. Their storytelling skills reflected great expression, clarity, and imagination. The event was a great success, providing a joyful platform for students to express themselves and enhance their speaking skills. All participants received words of appreciation and applause for their efforts. The day truly celebrated the art of storytelling and the power of imagination.
