To provide a learning cum entertaining experience for the students, Darshan Academy, Devlali, organised a visit to a railway station for the pre-primary to grade II students. The in-charge teachers briefly described the various tasks going around in the railway station to the students. The students enjoyed watching the arrival and departure of trains, with the passengers getting on and off. They learnt a lot about maintaining cleanliness and safety and the dos and don’ts at the railway station. They were enthralled to see the stalls of vendors arranged around and the posters of cleanliness and hygiene displayed on board. It was a fun and learning activity that gave them an excellent experience of navigating public places.
